Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• HammAir Art Reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on orders and additional fees as assessed by USPS:
• Refused/Returned Delivery
• In-correct address entered (typo) on the order
• Once orders have been shipped no changes in addresses can be made
• Damaged Shipments: HammAir Art requires pictures of the package and damaged items. We will work with you and USPS to replace the damaged item - Please allow 10 - 15 days for a resolution. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

• Standard/Flat Rate: no insurance is available and HammAir Art is not responsible for lost/mis-delivered orders
• Priority: includes Shipping with limited insurance
